A laughing guest at a podcast microphone, next to the question “Founding while studying?” and the logo of Startup Contacts Münster.

Luis Newton is a productivity creator, full-time YouTuber with over 67,000 subscribers, and an official Notion Ambassador. It all started during his studies: Luis just wanted more structure in his university life, and ended up raising his GPA from a 3.0 to a straight A, turning that into his own business with Notion templates, a newsletter, and a shop. Today he also serves as CTO at drink&paint, which has grown to more than 250 events per month in over 30 cities without any investors, and he is an investor in the brain supplement Honest Focus.

In this episode of the Startup Contacts podcast, Luis explains how a university experiment turned into a full-time job and why good systems in school are just as valuable as they are when scaling a company.
