FoodTracks develops software for bakeries and helps our customers become more successful and avoid food waste. For this, we have, among other things, been honored with the Deutschen Nachhaltigkeitspreis.
As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the successful rollout of our software with new customers and for the ongoing development of existing customers. You support bakeries in implementing our software and restructuring their ordering process. Crucial to success is putting yourself in the challenges bakeries face and speaking the “customer’s language.”
Whether you already have some experience in Customer Success or are launching your career with us as a recent graduate, what matters most is your enthusiasm for customer interaction and data.
- You guide our customers from onboarding through to successful use of our software – with heart, structure, and oversight.
- You build long‑term, trust‑based customer relationships and serve as the first point of contact for questions, ideas, and challenges.
- You support our customers with project management, answer questions, and provide training. Most customer meetings take place via video call, but sometimes your on‑site presence is also needed.
- You analyze customer data, identify optimization opportunities, and work with the team to develop concrete improvement actions.
- You help our customers in daily support to fully leverage the benefits of our solution.
- You use AI tools (e.g., Claude) with us to prepare onboarding materials and training documents, respond to customer inquiries more quickly and systematically, and develop decision‑making foundations for customer projects.
