Agentic AI is changing not only customer service and sales. It’s also reshaping how software is built and how consulting works. At LoyJoy you get to do both. LoyJoy is an independent, founder‑led tech company based in Münster. Since 2018 we’ve been developing and marketing the LoyJoy Platform, the simplest enterprise platform for agentic customer service and sales: AI agents that resolve customer inquiries end‑to‑end via chat and phone. They advise, qualify leads, and execute processes.
Our customers range from upscale mid‑size firms to large corporations, including RTL+, TRUMPF, R+V Versicherung, Vaillant, and SCHOTT. We think long‑term instead of quarterly and grow sustainably.
With MCP, AI agents can be created, tested, and deployed directly from AI workspaces such as Claude Cowork. For you, that means less clicking and configuring, more building with AI.
Your role on the team
You’ll join our growing consulting team and work side‑by‑side with our Senior Consultant for Agentic AI, who will onboard and mentor you. You’ll start with project delivery and gradually take on independent responsibility for your own accounts, eventually moving toward a Senior Consultant role.
Münster is your base: no permanent on‑site work at client locations and no travel carousel, but regular in‑person meetings across the DACH region to build client relationships.
Your responsibilities
- You analyze customers’ front‑line processes together with our clients and facilitate workshops to design AI agents.
- You steer your projects confidently through to productive deployment at the client.
- You develop and test AI agents and implement requirements yourself using modern AI tools.
- When needed, you build small technical solutions yourself. For example, you can have an MCP server, an API integration, or a JavaScript tool generated with AI, understand the generated code, test it, and put it into production.
- You present results persuasively and work with stakeholders to develop new use cases.
- You increasingly manage your accounts independently and become a sparring partner for Agentic AI.
Who’s a good fit for us
Your qualifications
- You don’t have to be a traditional software developer. You should be technically curious and excited to build things with AI that you couldn’t have programmed yourself just yesterday.
- ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools are already a natural part of your workflow.
- You build with AI: small apps, scripts, automations, or integrations. You understand basic JavaScript, read generated code, and test it rather than blindly adopting it.
- You enjoy working with people: structuring workshops, listening, explaining complex concepts clearly, and presenting confidently to clients.
- You think analytically, work independently, and take ownership of results.
- You have successfully completed your studies or are about to finish. More important than your major is a blend of analytical thinking, tech affinity, and communication skills.
- You speak fluent German and good English.
