More people than ever are looking online for a committed relationship. The team points to research indicating that mainstream dating apps do not increase the chances of a long‑term relationship.

Unlike Any (formerly Picky) therefore focuses on personality instead of quick swiping through photo profiles. The app assists with matching and also supports users in getting to know each other and throughout the relationship.

The startup was founded in 2021, is based in Berlin, and has an additional location in Münster.
